6 Ways to present your opportunity to prospects on a shoestring budget

1. Website

A website is a virtual location on WWW (world wide web), containing several subject or company related webpages and data files accessible through a browser. Each website has its own unique web address (see uniform resource locator) which can be reached through an internet connection. The opening page of a website is usually called homepage which contains hyperlinks to other pages on the same or other site(s). A single web server may support multiple websites and a single website may reside on multiple web servers, sometimes thousands of miles apart.  (source:

There are many sites that offer free websites builders and hosting.  Here are two that I’ve come to find that are quick to set up, have several templates to choose from as well as offer free hosting.

Read my blog on 2 Great Free Website Builders, Free Hosting for more information.

2. Blog

A blog is a website, similar to an online journal, that includes chronological entries made by individuals. The word blog was derived from the combination of the word web and log. Blogs typically focus on a specific subject (Economy, entertainment news, etc.) and provide users with forums (or a comment area) to talk about each posting. Many people use blogs as they would a personal journal or diary. (source:

You can obtain a free blog from or to name a few.

3. Lead Capture Page

In online marketing a landing page, sometimes known as a “lead capture page” or a “lander, is a single web page that appears in response to clicking on a search engine optimized search result or an online advertisement. The landing page will usually display directed sales copy that is a logical extension of the advertisement, search result or link. (source:

There are several sites out there that offer free as well as paid lead capture pages.  Lead Capture Page Boss and iBoostBiz are a few sites that you might want to research.

4. Videos

A video is a visual multimedia source that combines a sequence of images to form a moving picture. The video transmits a signal to a screen and processes the order in which the screen captures should be shown. Videos usually have audio components that correspond with the pictures being shown on the screen. (source:

More people retain what they see in a video opposed to what they read or listen to.

You can create a free website to upload videos at or you can also download the vine app on the android platform.

5. Recorded message

You can record a short 2 minute information voice message that tells your prospect about your business.

If you are with a direct sales or network marketing company you can ask your upline sponsor about pre-recorded messages you can direct your prospects to.

6. P.B.R. (private business reception)

A Private Business Reception, or PBR is a very effective way to contact your warm market; notify them about your products and your business; and ask for referrals. This is a simple way to contact large numbers of people at once, making effective use of your time and modeling for others how efficient a home business with us can be. It’s a system that has been proven to duplicate very rapidly, building a solid downline quickly. (source:

Keep the meeting to an hour or less.

Provide simple snacks (e.g., water, soda, cookies, pastries, etc.) because you do not want to distract from the presentation.
